Use caution when using Baclofen Tablets for the short term treatment of spasticity resulting from multiple sclerosis or cerebral palsy. The usual adult dose is 20-60 mg of Baclofen Tablets once daily, given in the morning or evening, depending on the severity of the spasticity. Dosage may be adjusted by the physician based on the severity of the spasticity.
